Since its creation, Steele has always implemented an agile and smart operating model, which is constantly evolving to cope with increasingly structured projects.
The excellent results of this year, as well as the outlooks for 2022 are producing a reorganisation of internal processes in order to further enhance project management.
Our goal is to provide the best support to customers and partners inside and outside our network, thanks to a targeted and agile consulting, even for particularly complex projects involving multiple players and different steps for designing, producing and machining systems and components.
Steele has recently hired a Production Manager and is therefore able to offer an advanced project management model, especially conceived to manage the supply chain at the best, starting from the projects in the pipeline in 2022.
This significant change will widely affect the entire company as new strategic processes to achieve our goal will be implemented:

planning
Greater precision in defining and monitoring targets and time windows for each specific activity, creation and updating of roadmaps to be shared with the customer.
Micro
planning
Timely organisation of internal and external flows, improvement of lead times for each product category in order to optimise the procurement of materials in time for the project flow.

Extension of the current supplier base focusing on high quality standards and prompt supply of Steele services. In particular, the new Production Manager will source and follow up suppliers, check quality and scheduled deliveries, but also ensure a synergistic growth always in the spirit of reciprocity that has always been the basis of Steele’s network.
